Dear Team, In short, I am new and one of the pastors at a predominately white church. However, more persons of African descent have started to attend since I started here. one family would like to have their child dedicated. They have also requested that the liturgy be Afrocentric. I know I have seen and experienced such a service at Trinity UCC in Chicago. However, I have not found anything in writing. Could you/ would you help me!?

I grew up in the deep south and attended a Baptist church. I am interested in getting copies of lined hymns that were used for devotion. Love the website.

Dr. M.P. Douroux gave seminars in the S.F./Oakland, CA Bay Area. She taught us, there was a grand finale' that Saturday evening. I attended some of them. I at one time worked with Mrs. Dorothy Cook on the Satellite Heritage Fdn, then I moved to East Texas. I am in need of slave hymns, spirituals and songs in general. Our youth today do not know anything about the traditional music of slaves. We do not sing enough of them. That is a shame. Do you have a song book, CD's or both. Thank you so much for your expediency given my lateness in asking.

Good Evening. I am a 2nd year Divinity Candidate at Virginia University of Lynchburg. I have been licensed for 8 years and been in ministry going on 11 years (received calling December 2000). I would like to know how I can submit an article. Although, I am Apostolic (Pentecostal Assemblies of the World) by belief, I believe I have something to offer and I can share revelatory and scholarly articles to bless the entire Body of Christ. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon. The Master's Servant, Minister NaTasha S. Heath.
