In the darkness of terror, in the trial of human error, God has given hope,

In the depression of tragedy, in the disappointment and pain, God has sent Jesus. There’s no more shame in our game. We’re singing a new tune!

A tune of blessing! A melody of salvation! A song of glory! There’s possibility for us all. Wanna sing it! Gotta sing it! Have to sing it loud!

A tune of justice, a song of redemption. A rap of joy! You can’t help but to mention that: We’re singing a new tune!

We sing ‘cause Jesus is on the scene, the Son sent by God who saves us from our sins. Honor is his; majesty the same. Old songs we don’t have to sing again.
